DIRECTIONS FOR USE :

After applying, inhale the smell of the fragrance spray slowly through the nose for the duration of  Four (4) seconds.

Then, hold your breath for the duration of  four (4) seconds before releasing  your breath out through the mouth for the duration of  four (4) seconds. (repeat steps as necessary)
