The Science
Fragrances influence emotions and physiology by directly stimulating the Limbic system, the brain's center for emotion and memory. When inhaled, scent molecules trigger the rapid release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, which promotes pleasure and motivation, and serotonin, which supports relaxation.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
After applying, inhale the smell of the fragrance through the nose slowly for the duration of seven (7) seconds. Then, hold your breath for the duration of four (4) seconds before releasing your breath out through the mouth for the duration of Seven (7) seconds. (repeat three (3) times)
